From project to system

SOLEO PRO transforms pool construction into a system that is studied and prepared in advance.

Every solution starts with engineering. The geometry, dimensions, depth and intended use of the pool are analysed to define the different elements that will form the structure. The components are then manufactured. Only then does the system proceed to the construction site.

Designed for the project.

We do not start with a standard pool and try to adapt it. We start with the project to build the solution.

SOLEO PRO uses a modular approach that allows different structural elements to be combined to create pools with different dimensions and configurations.

Modular does not mean limited. It means transforming a complex structure into an organised set of components designed to work together.

The main components are manufactured and prepared before arriving on site.

The structure is transported and assembled at the location defined for the pool.

A different approach to construction.

By the time SOLEO PRO arrives on site, much of the engineering and preparation work has already been completed.
Installation progressively transforms the different components into the final pool.

Example of the key stages of a SOLEO PRO project.

1. Concrete bottom

A level concrete base with the appropriate thickness depending on the pool size.

2. Bottom structure
Steel modules with millimeter leveling system, fixed to the concrete base.
3. Wall structure
The wall structure is composed of robust PrimaSteel PVC coated galvanized steel panels. The structure does not have any welding point.
4. Anchoring
In all joints of the panels, highly resilient anchors guaranty the structures robustness.
5. Overflow gutter
PRIMASTEEL gutter system adequate for the placement of a ceramic finishing.
6. Waterproofing
Reinforced liner coating for swimming pools with chlorinated water or salt.
7. Finishing
Finishes in ceramic, glass mosaic, natural stone, ABS or stainless steel.
8. Filtration and Desinfection
The filtration and disinfection equipment must respect the legislation in force.
EXPERIENCE

From concept to reality

SOLEO PRO was not designed simply to exist as a technical drawing. It was developed to be manufactured, installed and used in real projects.

Example of a SOLEO PRO installation for the warm-up pool at the 2026 European Swimming Championships in Paris.

1. Metal base structure

(with similar strength to concrete) – validated through prior study and adapted to the dimensions.

2. Base structure

The base structure that defines the perimeter of the pool consists of steel modules connected to each other, forming the support structure for the pool panels. They are fixed to the metal base structure using the same fastening system.

3. Wall structure
Made of robust PRIMASTEEL galvanised steel panels with a PVC coating, which are assembled using bolts and nuts. To prevent any areas of corrosion, the structure has no welded joints.
4. Anchoring
At each panel connection, two highly resistant supports provide the entire structure with a high level of rigidity and strength. The main support connecting the panels is fixed to the concrete slab (in accordance with the project).
5. Overflow gutter
PRIMASTEEL gutter; the fastening system is exclusive and adjustable for a ceramic finish. The gutter can be manufactured according to the project specifications or design, depending on the type of pool.
6. Perimeter area
Depending on the project and the type of pool, an additional structure around the pool may be required. These structures are independent from the pool structure and have their own support system.
7. Waterproofing
To make the pool completely watertight, the floor and walls must be lined with a reinforced PVC membrane specifically designed for chlorinated or saltwater pools. All information is available in the installation manual.
8. Perimeter area sealing
Using a specific system (CGT Alkor InfinityDeck Ceram Sand). Pool project successfully completed.

SOLEO PRO SOLUTIONS

A solution tailored to every project

Modular and adaptable structure

SOLEO PRO combines modular panels and support structures assembled on site, allowing pools to be developed in different dimensions, depths and configurations. The solution can be applied to indoor or outdoor pools, whether in-ground, semi-in-ground or above-ground.

Each project is studied individually. Pool geometry and depth, material loads and water pressure are taken into account when dimensioning the structure, allowing the solution to be adapted to the specific requirements of each project.
The structure combines two technologies developed for different functions. STEELPRIME is used for structural reinforcements and profiles, while PRIMASTEEL forms the wall panels and provides a surface compatible with the direct application of the reinforced membrane.
The Magnelis® steel used in STEELPRIME is designed for aggressive environments and, according to the material’s technical documentation included in the dossier, provides corrosion resistance three times greater than traditional galvanised steel. The coating also provides protection on cut edges, perforations and scratches.

Waterproofing is ensured by a reinforced PVC-P membrane continuously applied to surfaces in contact with water. On PRIMASTEEL panels, the membrane can be heat-welded directly to the panel’s PVC coating, contributing to the continuity of the waterproofing system.
